Terms & Conditions ubet — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ubet" refers to the company that owns and operates the online betting and casino platform at ubet.express, including all subsidiaries, partners, and agents acting on its behalf.
• "Platform" refers to the ubet.express website, any mobile applications released by ubet, and all related services provided by ubet.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by a Member on the ubet platform to access betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your ubet account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bet" refers to any form of wagering money on the outcome of sports, casino games, or other events offered through the ubet platform.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, free spins, cashback, or any other promotional incentive granted by ubet to Members subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn from the account.
• "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used for all transactions on the ubet platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ubet platform regardless of their location, subject to applicable local laws. ubet reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group of individuals at its sole discretion.

To register and use the ubet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• A person of sound mind with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any voluntary self-exclusion register operated by ubet or any relevant regulatory body.
• Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you from participating in online betting activities.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Using legitimate personal funds, and not funds obtained unlawfully or belonging to another party.

Ubet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and the withholding of the relevant balance until verification is complete.

Registering a ubet account is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, an active email address, and your date of birth.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential at all times.
• Preventing any third party, including family members, from accessing or using your account.
• Notifying ubet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• All betting activity conducted through your account, whether placed by you or by any other party as a result of your negligence.

One account per person: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active ubet account. If you find that you have more than one account — whether intentionally or accidentally — you must notify the ubet support team immediately at support@ubet.express. Failure to do so may be treated as a deliberate violation and result in the closure of all associated accounts.

All financial transactions on the ubet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ubet does not accept any foreign currency and does not charge currency conversion fees. The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by ubet are as follows:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks that support FPX

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. ubet is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers or banks.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed by ubet within 15 minutes for most requests. Some withdrawal requests may require additional security checks, which can take up to 24 hours. ubet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the Member. ubet reserves the right to decline withdrawals to third-party accounts in order to prevent money laundering.

The ubet platform offers a wide range of games and betting options, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, and more), live in-play matches, Live Casino, baccarat, virtual sports, live matches, and over 500 slots titles. Each game category may have additional specific rules published in its respective section.

The general betting rules that apply to all games on ubet are:

• The minimum bet for most markets is RM5 and maximum bet limits are set according to the market type and the member's account status.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except through the early cashout function, where available for the relevant market.
• All game results are final once confirmed by the ubet system. Results cannot be disputed solely on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the outcome.
• Ubet reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or exceptional circumstances affecting the integrity of a match or game.
• In the event that a bet is cancelled by ubet due to a technical error or odds mistake, the original stake will be refunded to the Member with no winnings or losses applied.
• Ubet reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any member who displays betting patterns deemed unusual or high-risk.

For live (in-play) Sports Betting, odds may change or be temporarily suspended during key moments — such as goals, red cards in football, or at half-time. This is normal behaviour for any live betting system and is not an indication of a technical issue.

Ubet offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, and those specific terms form part of these Terms.

General terms applicable to all ubet bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in accordance with the respective terms. ubet reserves the right to void any bonus claimed by an ineligible member.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Ubet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire after the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The use of low-risk betting strategies such as all-way betting, hedging, or any strategy designed to fulfil wagering requirements without exposing capital to reasonable risk is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

The ubet VIP Programme offers added benefits to loyal members, including higher withdrawal limits, personalised bonuses, dedicated account support, and early access to promotions. VIP membership is granted at ubet's discretion based on the Member's activity and account history.

Use of the ubet platform is subject to a strict prohibition on the following conduct. Any violation may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where appropriate:

• Money laundering: Using the ubet platform as a channel for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity in any form is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering using a false identity or impersonating another person is a serious violation that may result in criminal proceedings.
• Use of bots and automated software: The use of any software, scripts, or automated systems to access the platform, place bets, or exploit any game features is strictly prohibited.
• Betting arbitrage and match-fixing: Systematic betting arbitrage and match-fixing in any form are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Market manipulation: Any attempt to influence or manipulate odds, match results, or betting markets on the ubet platform is strictly prohibited.
• Use of insider information: Placing bets based on confidential or insider information not available to the general public is a serious breach of integrity.
• System disruptions: Any attempt to disrupt, hack, exploit, or interfere with the operation of the ubet platform through any technical means is strictly prohibited.

Ubet reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the Member is under 18 years of age.
• Failed identity verification or false information provided during registration.
• Suspicious activity or signs of financial fraud.
• A voluntary self-suspension request by a Member under the responsible gaming programme.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Closure by Member: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the ubet support team at support@ubet.express. Prior to closure, you are required to settle all active bets and withdraw any remaining balance in your account.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 or until the account balance reaches zero, whichever comes first. ubet will send an email notice before this fee is applied.

The ubet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ubet makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform running smoothly, but does not guarantee that it will be available at all times, free from errors, or that it will meet any specific requirements of a Member.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ubet is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of betting activity on the platform, including losses from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond ubet's reasonable control.
• Loss of opportunity or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Actions or failures by third parties, including payment providers, game suppliers, or internet service providers.
• Any damage to your device or computer system resulting from accessing the ubet platform.

Ubet's total liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their ubet account within the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM500, whichever is lower.

The collection, processing, and storage of Members' personal data by ubet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the ubet platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that Privacy Policy.

• Collecting personal information required for registration, identity verification, and the processing of financial transactions.
• Protecting all data with 256-bit SSL encryption and storing it in accordance with the highest industry data security standards.
• Not selling, renting, or sharing Members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• May disclose data to the authorities if required by law or in the course of a legitimate criminal investigation.
• Retaining records of transactions and gaming activity for a prescribed period for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

Ubet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or through an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action such as sudden legal compliance requirements or critical security issues.

Continued use of the ubet platform after the effective date of any changes to the Terms will be considered full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ubet platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ubet platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Stage 1 — Internal Resolution: Members must first submit a written complaint to the ubet support team at support@ubet.express. ubet is committed to responding within 5 business days and resolving complaints within 30 business days where possible.
• Stage 2 — Mediation: If an internal resolution is unsatisfactory, both parties may agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed independent mediator.
• Stage 3 — Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by a recognised arbitration body.

While a dispute is being resolved, ubet reserves the right to retain the balance associated with that dispute until a final decision is reached. Both parties agree to accept the outcome of the dispute resolution process as final and binding.
